| A bit under the weather today. Left work after an hour and went back to bed. Woke when the sun went down. I entered my holiday thougts in my diary-x, and they can be found easily if one is prone to looking.
Ready for a new start. I miss my wife...no....like real bad. The Good thing about being sick is that it finally gave me the two hours and forty minutes i need to watch Akira Kurosawa's Ran. It was nice to just take it all in. Sidney Lumet spoke about the film, and more so about life and work. Makes sense to me that you are happier in the places you want to work in, as opposed to the places that could give you more work. Being changed by great works, and surrounding yourself by people who are doing that. That's where I want to be...that's where I will be going.
I live in a cleaner house. I have not found a new year's resolution yet. |

| Well, its official. Cameron is in Tulsa alone for Christmas. I have to work on Christmas Eve, and flights to NY are to expensive. I was trying for a miracle, instead I get Tulsa. On the upswing, Marie's party was a hit, and Jessica and I even found time for a small amount of romance on our trip to Texas. Talked with old friends this week, and it brightened my day. Jimmy Holland is supposed to be in Tulsa this week, and hopefully I will see him.
Looks like Taylor is famous again. He leaves for California on thursday to mix. I am proud beyond proud. Well deserved my friend. Godspeed.
Happy Birthday to my mother who I will call when i wake up in a few hours.
